Booking a flight online is easy as 1-2-3!

1Choose your date and time. Flights are available April 1st thru Oct 1st , weather permitting. All flights are scheduled for the evening approximately two (2) hours before sunset. During either time of day, you will enjoy the most spectacular views in southwest Ohio.

2Select the number of passengers for your flight (one or two) and provide their total weight in lbs. Why do we need the weight? There are weight limitations. Any one or two people combined, who exceed the maximum weight limit of 450 lbs., must contact our office before booking a flight. If you are looking for a flight for three or four people, we do have them—phone us for details.

3Provide your contact information, special instructions* or comments, and pay for your flight. We are PayPal verified Payment in full is required at time of booking. Once you book your flight, you will receive a confirmation email. We then contact you personally, either by phone or email, with the exact times for your flight and additional information. You are welcome to phone us at any time if you have questions. *If this is a surprise flight, be sure to let us know beforehand so we do not call or email and spoil your surprise.

Read below Our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policies apply
on all passenger rides. Please read them carefully.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or postpone your flight, you must give us 72 hours notice. Cancellations or postponements can only be made by calling our office. There is a $50 transaction fee on all cancellations. If you used a credit card to book your flight, your credit card will be refunded minus the transaction fee. There are NO refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled flight. The flight may be rescheduled, but there is a $50 rescheduling fee which must be paid prior to the flight. For flights postponed and rescheduled with proper 72 hours notice, there are no rescheduling fees. **NOTE** The Pilot in Command has final authority on whether to continue or postpone any flight due to various safety conditions. If your flight is cancelled due to weather, maintenance issues, safety concerns, or other reasons determined by Balloon Impressions or their pilots, full refunds will be issued up to 60 days from date of purchase. After 60 days credit card transaction fees will be deducted from the refund. Passengers will also be given an opportunity to reschedule your flight (at no extra charge) at your convenience for the next available open date.

Terms and Conditions: You must read and accept these Terms and Conditions prior to booking a flight. Failure to accept these Terms and Conditions will result in cancellation of your reservation. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you certify that: (1) You are at least 18 years of age; (2) You have no known medical conditions, such as recent surgeries (within the past 6 months); current back, knee, hip, or shoulder injuries; pregnancy; or heart conditions; (3) You are able to stand for at least an hour; (4) You are able to withstand a typical hot air balloon landing, which can be compared to jumping off a two-step platform; and (5) You are able to climb into the balloon basket with assistance. If you have any of the above-mentioned medical conditions or are unable to comply with those Terms and Conditions mentioned above, you must have a medical release from your doctor prior to your scheduled flight. You also certify, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, that in the event your medical condition changes after making your reservation, but prior to your scheduled flight, you will contact Balloon Impressions immediately to reevaluate for any possible flight restrictions. Each passenger MUST sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY prior to being allowed to board the aircraft. Passengers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign the RELEASE OF LIABILITY. The RELEASE OF LIABILITY must be signed in the presence of a Balloon Impressions pilot and witness prior to boarding. We reserve the right to ask for identification or proof of age. Any passenger failing or refusing to sign or agree to the terms of the RELEASE OF LIABILITY will be denied permission to board the aircraft, will be considered a No-Show, and will be charged full fare for the flight. Any passenger suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied permission to board the aircraft, will be considered a No-Show, and will be charged full fare for the flight. Passengers who fail to arrive for their scheduled flight at the required time (as determined beforehand by Balloon Impressions), or simply do not show up at all for their scheduled flight, will be considered No-Shows and will forefeit the entire cost of their flight. Maximum total weight for a flight is 450 pounds. Any one or two people combined exceeding the maximum weight limit must contact our office. Children must be at least 48 inches tall to be permitted to fly in the balloon. By booking a flight, you certify that you have read, understand, and accept the Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy at Balloon Impressions.
